Here's the way to get in trim for the festive celebrations.
Yes, it's that time of year again; it's time to bring out that Little Black Dress. Whether it's a Christmas party, a night out with the girls or a personal celebration; ladies just want to look good and feel comfortable in our trusty LBD. But how do you ensure that you'll look great?
With only weeks to go to the start of the party season help is at hand. Welti Health and Fitness is running a Little Black Dress workout available to members and, for the first time, non-members. It combines the expertise of a Personal Trainer with 12 intensive training sessions of body toning exercises with cardio and nutritional advice.
Darren Ruff, Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager at Welti Health and Fitness explains: "It doesn't matter if you are new to exercise or have been training for years, the Little Black Dress workout will achieve something for you; if you don't fancy doing it by yourself, why not share the fun and cost with a friend?"
In addition to the Little Black Dress workout Welti also runs a range of six-week training courses that are also open to non-members. These include six pack (concentrating on the hard to shift midriff for men and women), buff bride (a great workout for the bride or groom or other family members to get them in shape for their big day) and Kinesis (is a new method of movement training set in an elegant and soothing personal space).
Welti Health and Fitness is based at Sundorne by the A49 and has ample parking facilities. The gym covers two floors and offers a comprehensive mix of the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines (with over 70 exercise stations). This is complemented with a well-stocked free weights zone, a combat zone and matted areas for floor exercises and stretching.
Members also enjoy a 20 metre heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna and over 80 exercise classes a week. There is a wide range of children's activities including over 25 supervised exercise classes a week in a unique interactive kids' studio. In addition, for the younger ones there is a crèche operating six days a week.
There is also a comprehensive beauty salon offering everything from a spray tan to a massage, as well as a bar restaurant serving everything from light snacks to full meals. These are opened to non-members.
If you are interested in joining memberships start from as little as £25 per month.
